Osama Kasbari is the Compliance Manager of the Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII) in Washington, DC. He is a development finance professional with over 19 years of project management experience. Mr. Kasbari is responsible for overseeing all aspects of global compliance with all donor regulations and with MEII's internal policies and procedures. He served as Deputy Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Global Communities’ and OPIC's Loan Guarantee Facility in the West Bank. Previously, he was as a consultant with the World Bank Lands Administration Project, and the SME Strategic Restructuring Manager at Financial Markets International, a USAID contractor, and was Head of the Operations and Surveillance Division at the Palestine Stock Exchange. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago and a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from California State University.
